The TM 510 offers the best for the Common Rail vehicle segment. With the technology and competence already recognized by the repair market, it performs tests on injectors, sensors, and valves in an extremely practical and efficient way. Just like the other test benches in Tecnomotor’s portfolio, it serves the main brands in the segment, such as BOSCH, DENSO, SIEMENS, DELPHI, and CONTINENTAL, inductive and piezoelectric injectors.

The big difference is that with this bench, it is possible to install up to four injectors to test them sequentially, providing greater convenience for the operator. The Common Rail TM 510 test bench offers a new, much clearer, and more objective test interface. Its working pressure is 2000 bar and allows the coding of Bosch inductive injectors. It performs electrical and leaks testing of each injector, identifying short circuits, interruptions, and leaks. In addition, it allows customized tests, facilitates and optimizing the operation via software, and generates practical and compact reports, which allow an accurate analysis of the results.

The TM 510 is more than a diesel bench, it is the assurance of good results. It comes with the new Common Rail PC Software that has the most common injectors database for the North American market and allows direct access to the technical support chat, enabling the possibility of solving doubts in a faster and more personalized way.
